Pumpkin Spice Latte
If you are a pumpkin spice latte lover then you will enjoy this recipe. Preparing a homemade latte contains all natural ingredients, no added sugar and a low amount of calories. Its not only tasty but healthy. Add your choice of coffee.
INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Almond Milk (or choice of plant milk)

3 Tbsp Pumpkin Pure

2 Tsp Maple Syrup or Honey (adjust to taste)

1/2 Tsp Pumpkin Spice

8oz Coffee (your choice)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a sauce pan, mix together almond milk and pumpkin pure. Cook on medium heat on the stove. Lower heat, stir in maple syrup or honey and pumpkin spice.

2. Add the pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup (or honey) to your hot coffee. Top it off with foam and sprinkle pumpkin spice around.

Feel free to use your favorite sweetener here. Stevia works great if you’re looking for a sugar-free option. Adjust the measurements to your liking. You can add vanilla extra for extra flavor as well.

There are many ways to make the foam. The easiest way to make is if you have the big machine or a frothing wand. But if you don’t have one that is ok.
