FITNESS AND FOOD
I have a full time job as a graphic designer but I always find a way to squeeze in an hour or so of working out each day. I'll run once or twice a week but my favorite types of work outs are HIIT CARDIO. Doing jumping jacks, high knees, and burpees are my passion! I like to focus a lot on my abs and glutes the most. I usually follow workout schedules from some of my favorite fitness influencers on youtube. To me, fitness is my escape. A positive place where I reward my body and eliminate outside world distractions. A place where I can truly take time to tune into my body. It’s something I do for ME to better MYSELF in all aspects.
Working out really helps the body stay in shape and healthy. But food also plays a role in it as well. When I started focusing on my workout routine my next goal was to start eating more cleaner. Eating more fruits and vegetables. But sometimes it's eating them raw or by themselves don't taste good. So I started mixing my fruits with some other ingredients. One ingredient that I mostly use is rolled oats. I use it a lot on my recipes. Oats are really beneficial especial for those who want to start a healthy life style.

Till this day,I am always keeping myself busy by helping others and experiencing new things by working as graphic designer but I also like going to different restaurants and trying their food has been one of my biggest passions. Especially since I enjoy eating and going out. Most of the places that I visit are in the area of Chicago. I intend to always order a little bit of everything from the menu including the alcoholic beverages. I go to these restaurants/bars to eat and review them for you guys as well for those who are always looking for places to eat or drink.
