Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Creamy nutty peanut butter overnight oats is the solution to your busy morning breakfast dilemma. Its easy, healthy, hearty, delicious, grab and go breakfast.



  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oat (Gluten Free)

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Plain

  • 2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter or Peanut Powder

  • 1 Tsp Ground Flaxseeds

  • 1 Tsp Chia Seeds

  • 2 Tsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract


1. Mix oats, almond milk, peanut butter or peanut powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and a smashed banana. (Cut the banana in half and smash half to mix in and the other half for toppings)

2. Stir to combine. Cover the top. Store in the refrigerator overnight.

3. The next morning give it a stir. If you like it warm microwave with a lid off for 30-45 seconds or eat cold.



  • Use organic oats and certified gluten free oats if needed.

  • Maple syrup is optional. I think it gives the peanut butter a bit of sweetness with out the need for sugar.

  • Some toppings options are: banana, peanut butter, walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds.
