Mango Smoothie Bowl
Mango Smoothie bowl - this smoothie is simple, delicious, and only a few ingredients!
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Frozen Mango
3/4 Cup Any Kind of Yogurt
Splash of Milk or Water
1. In a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. If needed, add more liquid, a tablespoon at a time, to get the blender going. I like my smoothies on the thicker side but add some milk/ water as needed.
2. Pour on a bowl and top it off with your choice of toppings
Some topping options: coconut flakes, flaxseeds, chia seeds, mango, banana, and berries.
You can substitute a banana for cauliflower.
