Fluffy Protein Pancakes

Mango Smoothie bowl - this smoothie is simple, delicious, and only a few ingredients!


  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 2 Large Egg Whites

  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Cream of Tarter

  • 2 Tbsp Almond Milk 

  • 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Sugar

  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 Tbsp Choice of Protein

  • Butter or Oil


1. In a bowl, whip the egg yolks with the milk, then add flour, the baking powder, salt and protein. 

2. Separately whip the egg whites, add sugar and cream of tarter .

3. Combine the two compounds adding the vanilla flavor. 

4. Add butter or oil to the pan and add your pancakes. Cover and let it set for about 5 mins on each side.


  • Using can tomato sauce will work as well for this recipe.

  • Add more pepper flakes to the recipe if desired.

  • You can substitute yogurt for sour cream and unsalted butter for regular butter.
