Make this banana oatmeal smoothie recipe for weight loss with almond milk for a quick, nutritious meal or snack. Blend it up this week for a healthy smoothie breakfast or snack!

The almond milk for this recipe is unsweetened. Almond milk consumes less calories in a cup.  Drinking it in a smoothie is the best way to use it. If you aren't a fan of the milk then you can use regular milk.

Again, this is a recipe for weight loss. You can make this recipe for breakfast or a mid day snack. 



You want to start out by adding 1/2 cup of almond milk, 1 banana, 1/2 a cup of rolled oats, 1 spoon full of greek yogurt to the food blender. The yogurt will definitely make this recipe creamy. Then add 1 tbsp of honey,1 tsp flaxseeds, and 1 tsp cinnamon.

You can always add more or less ingredients.

1. Add all the ingredients to the food blender.


2. After smoothie is well blended and creamy, pour into a cup or mason jar.

3. Top it off with a couple of slices of banana and sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
