Chocolate Baked Oats
A delicious breakfast that tastes like a dessert! This vegan gluten-free chocolate baked oats recipe is perfect to enjoy on a chilled cold weekend day.
INGREDIENTS

1/2-1 Cup Rolled Oat (Gluten Free)

1 Tsp Chia Seeds

1/3 Cup Milk of Choice (I used almond milk)

1-2 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa or Cacao Powder

Pinch of Sea Salt

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Ripe Smash Banana
-
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Maple Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In a separate bowl, combine all ingredients.
​
3. Transfer oat mixture into baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
​
4. Remove from the oven and top it off with some slices of banana or chocolate chips with chocolate syrup around.

This vegan gluten-free baked chocolate oats is really east to put together and you can bake it in advance and warm it up for 5 minutes in the oven in the morning for a speeder breakfast.​
