Berry Smoothie with Maca
A quick a simple smoothie with some unexpected additions and so many benefits.
INGREDIENTS

1 Banana

1 Cup Berries

2 Tsp Maca Powder

1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
-
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
-
1/2 Cup Cold Water
-
1 Tbsp Flaxseeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all the ingredients to blender.

2. Blend and pulse for 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
​
3. Pour, garnish with oatmeal and blueberries, and enjoy!

NOTES

If berries aren't frozen you can always add some ice.
​

Use regular milk instead of almond milk if desired.

Adding oats to the smoothie is a great way to add some fiber without adding tons of calories.

If your blender is small or low-powered, add the oatmeal first, grind it up, and then add the remaining ingredients to blend.
