Berry Smoothie with Maca

A quick a simple smoothie with some unexpected additions and so many benefits.



  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Cup Berries

  • 2 Tsp Maca Powder

  • 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Cold Water

  • 1 Tbsp Flaxseeds


1. Add all the ingredients to blender.

2. Blend and pulse for 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour, garnish with oatmeal and blueberries, and enjoy!



  • If berries aren't frozen you can always add some ice.

  • Use regular milk instead of almond milk if desired.

  • Adding oats to the smoothie is a great way to add some fiber without adding tons of calories.

  • This recipe is gluten free and vegetarian.  

  • If your blender is small or low-powered, add the oatmeal first, grind it up, and then add the remaining ingredients to blend.
